Total roof renovation on all four High Street commercial properties in a conservation area. All tiles and slates stripped and saved for re-use. Roof timber structure condemned, reconstructed using reclaimed timbers to match original structure to comply with listed building regulations. Re lay roof using original peg tiles and slates with additional reclaimed tiles and slates mixed in to match as closely as possible the original condemned roof.
